Description
This house is the largest property on a finca near La Orotava. The house has a large, child-friendly garden and an open-plan interior. The garden offers a beautiful view of the Teide. There is space for up to 5 guests on 90sqm. You can relax on the roof terrace, the barbecue area or on the lawn.
In the house, there are 3 bedrooms. Two of them have a bed for two wwith 0,9m x 2m. The third room has a double bed with 1,35 x 2m. In the living area, you find a Sat-TV, comfortable seating furnitures and a dining area. There is a fibre optic connection in the house, which enables a fast internet connection for the home office.
In the open kitchen, there is everything you need for self-catering including 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee mashine.
The finca itself has a solar-heated pool with slide, a sauna and an orchard where holidaymakers can help themselves.
This house is barrier-free. The shower is at ground level. Grab rails are available.
Shopping possibilities in Puerto de la Cruz or La Orotava (15 minutes by car). A rental car is necessary.
