Holiday home on a finca with sea view with two private, furnished terraces. At the covered, heated communal pool there is an additional green lawn with sun loungers. You have access to the garden, which offers fruit depending on the season. The finca also has a Finnish sauna. There are 5 holiday flats on the property, as well as a main house with reception.
The house has a living space of approximately 55 sqm. Here, you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-plate cooker, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and small appliances such as a coffee maker and toaster for daily use. The living room offers satellite TV, as well as a stereo system. WiFi access included.
Restaurants and shopping facilities can be found in Puerto de la Cruz and La Oratava within a 15 driving-minutes. A rental is necessary.
