The kitchen is fully equipped for daily use. You will also find a dishwasher.

The flat is located in a well-maintained residence with lift and communal pool.

Within 400m you will reach the popular Playa de la Arena, with fine black sand. This beach is known for being particularly clean and evokes the ambience of a bathing bay. In the neighbouring towns of Los Gigantes and Alcala you will find natural swimming pools, as well as other beaches. Perfect for your bathing holiday.

Across the road, there is a beautifully landscaped park where you can use sports equipment free of charge.

The village of Los Gigantes and the famous cliffs of the same name are within walking distance. You are far away from mass tourism and can reach tourist towns such as Las Americas and Los Cristianos in under 30 minutes by car.

Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are in the direct vicinity. A rental car is not absolutely necessary.
